How Movement Answers collects, uses, and protects your information.
Movement Answers, LLC and David Hawkins, PT, CSCS (collectively, the “Company”) respect the privacy of visitors to movementanswers.com and all associated program and sales pages — including but not limited to the 6 Day Mobility Jumpstart, the 28 Day Move Better Challenge, the Neck, Back, Knee, and Shoulder Pain Answers Programs, the Movement Confidence Membership, and any free guides or resources offered by the Company (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how that information may be used. Please also review our Terms of Use, which also govern use of the Site.
As a general policy, no personally identifiable information — such as your name, address, or email address — is automatically collected simply from visiting the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded through the standard operation of our web servers, such as browser type, operating system, and IP address, in order to help us understand and improve the Site.
The Site's forms, opt-ins, free guides, and other features — including our free resource downloads (such as the 3-Point Mobility Check, the 5-Minute Movement Confidence Jumpstart™, and the Postural Awareness Snapshot) and our newsletter signup — may ask you to provide contact information such as your name and email address. Information you submit is used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including delivering the resource or communication you requested, improving our Programs and the Site, and following up with relevant information about Movement Answers.
Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our Programs, including a series of educational follow-up emails related to a guide or resource you requested. You may opt out of these communications at any time as described below. The Company does not store credit card information beyond what is necessary to complete and satisfy a transaction, and payments for Programs are processed through third-party payment providers (such as SamCart and/or Stripe), which maintain their own privacy and security practices.
The Company may disclose user information in special cases where we have reason to believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with the Company's rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities, or as required by law.
The Company recognizes its special obligation to protect personal information from children age 13 and under. If you are 13 years old or younger, please do not submit any personal information to the Site or the Company. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information from our records.

These cookies are used only on our Site and do not transfer personal information to any other party.
